Telecom carrier grade fiber management. E-Z Route Horizontal cable management mounts to existing equipment mounting screws and fits along the bottom edge, within the footprint of the equipment its mounted to, thereby taking up ZERO (0) RU space. It can be field adjusted (WIDTH) to fit any size relay rack 19” 23” or ETSI. It can also be adjusted outward from the rack to allow for variable equipment set back or protrusion. This allows the installer to maintain the bend radius of the fiber. In the fully retracted position, the E-Z Route front edge protrudes 3.5” from the rack face to a fully extended protrusion of 6”, with ½” increment positions in between.

E-Z Route has a “Maintenance Mode” that allows the bar to swing down out of the way to add/swap SFP’s or remove equipment components, WITHOUT the need of E-Z Route to be totally removed. Velcro straps are included and permanently attached to the E-Z Route, so they won’t get lost or mis-placed. The Velcro straps can be opened and adjusted easily to add or remove fibers. Each E-Z Route comes fully assembled with installation instructions. E-Z Routes are made of sturdy 16-gauge Steel with a durable powder coated black finish. The E-Z Route horizontal cable manager is the most universal, efficient, technically designed horizontal cable manager available today. Also, once the E-Z Route is in place it acts as a “BUMPER GUARD” preventing accidental bumps and snags by passing personnel, reducing outages. It has the amazing ability to use ZERO Rack Unit Space in today’s challenging crowded rack environment. E-Z Route has been accepted, approved and installed in the largest carrier spaces.
